A Women’s Embodied Writing Workshop in Two Acts

Between its shimmering emptiness, and its unimaginable fullness, the Soul turns. This deepest part of ourselves, called by any name, is a dynamic, fertile paradox of emptiness and fullness.
You are invited to join us for an exploration of this vast richness and what it has to say to you, at this time.
Our exploration will be supported through practices of expressive writing and embodiment, poetry and music, and guided visualizations shared in a small circle of compassionate curiosity for our own and each other’s great, alive Mystery.
We will meet on two Saturdays surrounding that perennial threshold of emptying and filling, of light and dark here on our beautiful Earth: the Spring Equinox in the North, the Autumnal Equinox in the South.
When: Saturdays 3/16 & 3/23; 9am-12pm Pacific Time
A commitment to attending both sessions is requested.

Pre-requisites: No previous experience with similar content needed. Genuine interest and openness to the process will suffice.
Suggested Tuition: $100 for two sessions
Limited-Income Tuition: $50 for two sessions
Payment accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds, provided space hasn’t filled up.
